About the Role:

Reporting to the Regional Manager, Procurement Asia South. You are responsible for

execution of proper contracting process related to Borouge operations in Asia South

according to the implemented policies, business process, procedures, guidelines and

practices to ensure & secure the company resources; this includes performing the

contracting process from receipt of the contract request until the award of the contract, as

well as supplier performance/relationship management.

The procurement activities in Borouge Asia South are all indirect procurement, including

management consultancy, professional services, digital/IT expenditures, marketing

communications, general admin and facility management services, plus Capital/CAPEX

projects that support Borouge growth and expansion in the Asia Pacific region.

She/he will also be responsible for resolving contractual issues and claims from contractors

for contract variations and maintains follow-up until closeout of contract file in accordance

with the contract terms and conditions and procedures.

She/he shall also assist the Department Manager to drive continuous improvement

initiatives and ensure operational excellence.

Key Accountabilities:

Category Strategy

• Performs and executes contracting processes according to category strategies that enable specialized contracting at lower costs
• Conducts risk management (in coordination with Department Risk Champion), identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans to minimize risks for the company
• Able to translate project requirements into specific procurement activities
• Alignment of long and short term procurement strategies with overall corporate needs

Contractor Relationship Management

• Defines supply base, including identifying and developing new sources and driving its qualification to provide desired quality supplies to the company
• Identifies strategic relationships to enable targeted supplier relationship management
• Conducts contractor relationship management initiatives (e.g. cost reduction and value engineering initiatives) to ensure maximum value is captured from the supply base
• Conducts performance evaluation of contractors to identify measures for continuous performance improvement

Tendering – Follows the tender process

• Executes the tendering process as per company policies and procedures to identify best sources on the supply market and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Develops contracting strategy based on the scope of work/services and ensures that the final account to the contractor is based on the completion of defined deliverables
• Drives preparation of Contracts for selected services within responsibility to improve commercial conditions and reduce administrative effort
• Cost-effectiveness and cost-savings through efficient vendor selection as per company policies and procedures
• Produces procurement related documents and organize the documentation/record filing according to the company and project requirements
• Efficient allocation of resources to reduce the tendering cycle time

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an Engineering or Supply Chain discipline or equivalent professional qualifications

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Performance Specialist role directly impacts the success of paid digital marketing campaigns. The Trusted Payment Sales Specialist team is part of the LSEG Risk division which is the fastest growing segment within London Stock Exchange Group.

In this role you will sell bank verification products to prevent fraud in the region. Fraud continues to rise; authorised push payment fraud alone is expected to rise $331 billion by 2028. EU regulation in late 2025 will mean bank verification checks will be mandatory for Banks and PSP. It is likely this will extend to other industries and countries. LSEG Risk Intelligence recognise the market to be a double-digit growth market. We are investing across the business to seize the opportunity and with expanding product development for EMEA and APAC, we are well positioned to take a global leading position based on our existing leading position in the US market.

The Trusted Payment Sales Specialist Sales Specialist will initiate and build relationships with potential and existing clients across corporate, fintech and bank sectors. The focus will be on strategically identifying and developing new business. This is done by penetrating new markets and targeting new prospects while also growing sales with existing clients. The best fit for this role is an experienced sales hunter.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Create and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, prospective clients, lead groups and other sources to increase customer awareness and generate new, repeat and referral business.
• Identify and initiate new sales opportunities through a strategic analysis of existing client accounts
• Develop a thorough understanding of client and prospective client businesses and industries
• Negotiate and influence to build consensus about Trusted Payments products across all levels of a client’s organization
• Create and present compelling value propositions that are aligned with client needs to sell new products and services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Payment sales experience for account-to-account payment rails, be that selling data and/or software propositions.
• Payment domain expertise and knowledge about payment and fraud trends.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Must have experience cold calling (phone) and email/LinkedIn prospecting across corporate, fintech and bank sectors

BOS Trustee Limited is the trust company owned by the Bank of Singapore Limited. Headquartered in Singapore and regulated by MAS. The company provides trust administration services. The incumbent will support the business in trust administration activities. A team player to join and support the trust company in administration of trust mandates.

· Assist the trust company in client account administration maintenance matters for the trusts such as

-Processing of the bank account opening documents/update forms, liaise with bank counterparties as necessary

-Updating of authorised signatories of bank account(s)

-Preparing trust related documentation as required

-Updating of records in trust system

-Upkeeping good accurate records/trackers of trust information (e.g. trust relevant parties) as well as trusts and/or company activities

· Assist with review of onboarding documentation to ensure completeness and that it meets policy requirements.

-Where required, carry out name screening in accordance with bank standards. Conduct assessment on potential hits, follow compliance guidance and procedures.

-Complete the new business checklist, and assessment for trust relationship manager and team head sign-off

-Interact with front office/wealth advisory/stakeholders to obtain documents

· Handle and co-ordinate ad hoc projects as required by business needs. Maintaining relevant spreadsheets to track and record progress as necessary.

· Assist the trust company with filing and records management, archiving, office general matters e.g. directing telephone calls and filing/mail activities as required (e.g. bank statements, account records, client documentation, seal maintenance, maintenance/review of mailboxes).
