Our client is currently looking for a Junior Procurement Specialist at a Japanese Trading company.

Location: West Area (They have a company bus from Jurong East MRT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare timely forecasts and exception reports for suppliers to ensure delivery commitments meet sales requirements.
• Expedite deliveries and resolve shortages to meet business needs.
• Manage and resolve quality/quantity issues, supplier returns, goods receipt, and invoice discrepancies.
