• Provide end-to-end operational support for cross-border talent mobility within the APAC region;
• Work closely with upstream and downstream partners to streamline workflows, providing employees in cross-border processes with a compliant, efficient and positive experience.

• Support the mobility team in transfers/ assignments end to end process
• Perform cost estimates required for transfers/ assignments
• Create and maintain the current process guides for various mobility types
