The TANGO Migration Team is the single point of entry for all ProCarS to TANGO customer migrations. As a member of this team, you will manage these migrations according to defined processes. Responsibilites:

· Participation in Key Account Customer PDA meeting with the country stakeholders

· Check customers process ID`s flow of incoming and outgoing data in SWING based on recent shipment samples.

· Check of Dynamic COINS tables related to customer.

· CIS 2.0 to check result to and from TANGO (CIS Project ID, CIS Ref #).

· Check if incoming data contain enough information for Tango (addresses esp. principal and shipper, can TANGO partner ID of export branch be determined).

· In case ProTrack is being used in current setup, ask business if interface is still needed. If yes, check whether TANGO PO or eOrder can be used instead (assistance from Tango Team and Business Owner (Key Account) required).

· If SCOUT (ICM) is involved, GIT&D Land & Digital Solutions team to be contacted.

· If COS is involved, COS team to be contacted.

• Check outgoing messages of given sample shipments in SWING and CIS 2.0.
• Check CE Status / CE Voucher set-up in CIS Admin
  • CE Status - especially event DRB, as this event is replaced in TANGO by HDP or DTA, discuss with business which event is used for customer in TANGO.

· Check process IDs in SWORD (process flow, mappings, dynamic tables (events, reason codes, charge codes), copy to other process IDs, copy to other receiver than customer.

IT Program Engineer

We are currently looking for an IT Program Engineer to join our team in Singapore to support project change requests.

Responsibilities:
- L1 operations & support duties
- Service delivery management for application, servers and network infrastructure
- Apply specific technical skills as required to support Project/Change requests/Systems
- Liaise and follow up on reporting submission for PMO team
- Prepare and organize reporting, documents and correspondence to ensure that management reporting is accurate and timely

Job Purpose

To provide end users support for all IT related matters

The Job

· Provide technical analysis and assistance to support and resolve IT equipments e.g. desktop, laptop, printer, etc and application problems

· Take ownership for incidents and service requests that are being escalated by updating, follow up and resolving the tickets within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines

· Support basic network related and server system issues

· Assures the quality of fixes and patches & apply patches and upgrades accordingly upon assignment

· Update call center on the ticket status and ensuring the tickets are resolved within agreed SLA timeline

· Develop workaround and fixes for new incidents

· Perform daily, weekly or monthly reporting including adhoc.

· Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks

· Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company

· Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices

POSITION SUMMARY

An IT support individual is in charge of supporting end user technologies, including desktop, printers, devices and potentially network and systems of all types, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. IT Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs, and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support for end user desktops and laptops which include but not limited to internal hardware component replacements.
• Network, Desktop & Server OS support & administration.
• Provide first level troubleshooting & installation of software or firmware applications.
• Install, support & maintain IT peripherals such as keyboard, printer, projector & others.
• Support recurring tasks such as back up, patch management, IT system monitoring, cyber-security protection from viruses and spam wares attack, etc.
• Liaise & coordinate with IT vendors/suppliers on IT purchases, projects & support IT systems
• Update IT inventory & Licences, ensuring appropriate and sufficient level of vendor support.
• Planning, developing, and maintaining SQL databases.
• Maintaining the company intranet with basic programming.
• Attend to emergency calls & weekend /off hours support.
• Any other responsibilities & ad hoc assignment as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• NITEC or higher.
• Min 1 year experience in IT field works.
• Knowledge of current Windows & mobile operating systems.
• Good knowledge in IT hardware & administration support for Microsoft Windows.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Candidates who are familiar Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, ASP.NET/.NET Core will have an added advantage.

In this role, you will be the subject matter expert for grants and ensure compliance and accountability in grant administration. You will need to build a good rapport with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives and deliver good client experience. A suitable candidate may deputize the Team Lead.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage a team to oversee the day-to-day administration of grant processing matters, including the review and approval of applications and claims.
• Engage, influence, and communicate with stakeholders on policies and procedures to ensure good governance and consistency in grant administration activities.
• Responsible for effective and efficient SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), be actively involved in the implementation and undertake improvements or updates to the SOPs.
• Provide consultation and advice to team members in executing policies, system processes and ensure smooth & efficient daily operations and accurate data records.
• Track, analyze and report processing data to Team Lead and senior management, including preparing monthly Ops reports, processing targets and other reports. Handle audit activities as and when required.
• Handle administrative duties, and undertake ad-hoc assignments to events/ projects assigned by management or HR.

Job Requirements

• Qualifications in Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Data Science or other relevant disciplines
• At least 8 years in grants management/administration or experience in conducting audit, evaluation and/or claims related work
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem solving, analytical and systems thinking abilities required
