• Configure and manage critical systems, including Active Directory (AD), telephony, video conferencing, access points (AP), firewalls, VPNs, and more. Monitor and analyse the performance of LANs, WANs, and wireless networks to ensure optimal functionality.
• Configure laptops and desktops for new and existing staff, perform system backups, and handle disaster recovery (DR) as needed. Ensure all automatic system backups are in place.
• Apply system patches after hours to maintain system stability and security. Perform routine system checks to ensure continuous operations.
• Work with third-party support vendors to resolve technical issues. Participate in IT auditing and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.

• Monitor ERP system performance, address minor issues, apply updates, and generate routine reports for departments like finance, HR, and inventory. Customize reports based on user requirements.
• Maintain documentation for common IT processes, user guidelines, and troubleshooting procedures. Optionally, assist with creating and launching new business processes within the company.
• Perform routine backups, monitor system security, and follow compliance protocols under the guidance of the IT team.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer Science.
• Possess CCNA / Microsoft certification.
• Proven experience in providing technical support in a corporate IT environment.
• Experience with Veeam and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with leading wireless vendors’ products (Cisco/Meraki, Aruba/HPE, Ruckus) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• To collect the requirements, design, develop, configure, test, implement, support and improve ServiceNow

• ITSM tool.

• Customize ServiceNow applications, modules, forms, workflows, and user interfaces based on business requirements.

• Analyse the business operation needs and translate into technical requirement

• To support, troubleshooting, administration, perform patching and upgrades of ServiceNow;

• Write server-side scripts, client-side scripts, business rules, and UI policies using ServiceNow's scripting language.

• Customize and extend ServiceNow functionalities using platform features like Business Rules,

• Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Macros, and Service Portal.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including system administrators, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver successful ServiceNow projects.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for ServiceNow applications and functionalities.

• Advise on tools technology adoption based on business & technical consideration.

• Propose integration strategies for the various technology components to achieve a holistic solution.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with implementation and support of ServiceNow modules.

• Must have ServiceNow certification, (e.g., Certified Application Developer)

• Three (3) or more years of experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, with hands-on experience in ground up implementations with ServiceNow products

• Two (2) or more years of experience with ServiceNow scoped applications and all scripting module experience including client scripts, business rules, workflow, flow designer, script includes, UI actions, UI macros, UI pages etc. custom application development

• Two (2) or more years of experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and widget development (Angular JS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML)

• Knowledge and experience integrating ServiceNow using platform APIs and integration tools is a MUST.

• Hands-on development and customization of ServiceNow applications.

• Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

As our high growth momentum continues, we're currently hiring for Product Specialist to join our expanding medical sales team in Singapore! The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of successful Medical Device and Medical Supply sales management experience (Wound Care is a plus!) In this role you will:

· Identify and maximize sales opportunities in wound management to achieve agreed sales target and to grow the business in accordance to strategy.

· Develop and maintain the Account Plan in order to identify potential volume.

· Network Accounts, mapping and developing contacts with key decision makers and influencers beyond the standard sales call.

· Promote the full range of products to Accounts, to increase sales revenue and to achieve strategic supplier status in these accounts.

· Manage an agreed and balanced number of Key accounts. As projects are realized or become reprioritized, they should be replaced by new opportunities.

· Full consultation and liaison with Sales Managers to ensure that planned activities are in line with and support over all strategies and objectives.

· Support our in-market research, sales calls, training, launches of new products etc.

· Seek market information on competitor activities and products to help shape accurate strategies and marketing campaigns.

· Identify training needs to develop competencies required to improve performance and meet customer needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Minimum a Diploma in any field.

· Minimum of 4 years in Product Specialist (Medical Sales) in Hospitals or equal experience in the GPs & Nursing Homes market will be an advantage.

· Strong understanding of the medical industry.

· Excellent communications and relationship development.

· Analytical and independent.
