Responsibilities
Sales Excellence
Drives and oversees integrated strategic planning to exceed cloud growth, drive consumption, and Support revenue and gain market share for the Solution Areas. Drives the integration of that all local, regional and corporate resources (e.g., Digital, Global Black Belts, FastTrack) into the strategic plan. Discusses progress against plan in rhythm of business (ROB) meetings (e.g., Quarterly Business Connect [QBC], Virtual Solutions Unit [VSU]) and aligns the plans of their team across departments. Engages with executives to bring a more strategic perspective into the business plan.
Oversees the end-to-end business across geographical regions. Ensures their team meet targets (e.g., sales, usage, customer acquisition) and operational standards and maintains the health of metrics within the assigned subsidiary/area. Interacts with Corporate leadership and executive-level stakeholders to get support for their team and the geographical regions.

Lead the annual learning needs analysis to develop the organization's comprehensive Learning Plan.
Oversee the preparation and management of the yearly training budget.
Source and collaborate with external partners for customized training content and delivery, negotiate agreements, and manage contracts in coordination with the Corporate Legal team.
Update and review employee orientation materials regularly to ensure they are current and relevant.
Organize and facilitate orientation sessions for new hires.
Maintain and update the Training Calendars in the HR portal, including onboarding and corporate training schedules.
Coordinate and manage in-house and external training programs that align with business objectives, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements.
Liaise with training vendors to arrange schedules, materials, costs, venues, and other logistical details to ensure seamless execution of the training plan.
Conduct post-training evaluations and assessments. Monitor and ensure the effectiveness and relevance of training programs.
Respond to ad-hoc training requests as needed.
Manage the administration of training bonds.
Handle applications and claims for training-related grants (e.g., Training Grant, Absentee Payroll).
Generate and track training reports and program utilization metrics.
Address employee queries related to Training Policy and procedures.
Perform additional responsibilities as required.
