Zenith Infotech (S) a Tech Recruiment firm for 28 years in Singapore, is looking out for suitable profile with 2 to 3 years of Project Management in the IT domain.
This will be for one of our established clients, 4 years renewable contract.
Job Scope :
3.1The Candidate shall possess at least a Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
3.2 The Candidate shall have at least two (2) years of working experience in the IT or Infocomm industry, with exposure to end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience with implementation in Singapore is preferred.
3.3 The Candidate main role is to assist NLB project manager and to complement his/her responsibilities.
3.4 The Candidate is to be proficient in information gathering and reporting that include:
3.4.1 Compile and organise project-related information
3.4.2 Schedule and organise meetings with stakeholders and vendor
3.4.3 Prepare agendas and take detailed minutes
3.4.4 Follow up on action items from meetings
3.4.5 Prepare regular status reports for the project manager
3.5 The Candidate is to be proficient in document management that includes:
3.5.1 Maintain and organise all project-related documents including minutes of meetings provided by vendor.
3.5.2 Ensure version control of important files
3.5.3 Create and update project documentation as needed
3.6 The Candidate is to be proficient in stakeholder communications, timeline and milestones tracking that includes:
3.6.1 Act as a liaison between NLB project manager and internal stakeholders
3.6.2 Distribute project updates and communications
3.6.3 Manage and respond to routine project-related queries
3.6.4 Monitor project timelines and alert NLB project manager of any potential delays
3.6.5 Track milestone completions and deliverables
3.6.6 Update project management tools with current progress
3.7 The Candidate is to be proficient in quality control support and change request management that includes:
3.7.1 Assist in coordinating quality assurance activities
3.7.2 Help manage the user acceptance testing (UAT) process
3.7.3 Collect and organise feedback from UAT sessions
3.7.4 Log and track change requests
3.7.5 Assist in assessing the impact of proposed changes
3.7.6 Help communicate approved changes to relevant parties
3.8 The Candidate is to be proficient in vendor coordination and administrative support that
includes:
3.8.1 Assist in managing day-to-day interactions with vendors
3.8.2 Track vendor deliverables and performance
3.8.3 Coordinate vendor meetings and communications
3.8.4 Handle project-related administrative tasks
3.8.5 Help coordinate training sessions for internal staff
3.8.6 Assist in co-creating training materials with vendor.
3.8.7 Support the security onboarding of new team members from vendor to the project
3.8.8 Support in post implementation

3.9 The Candidate shall have a good command of English and effective communications skills to interact and coordinate with end-users. This includes gathering user requirements, communicating proposed vendor solution, supporting user acceptance testing, supporting end-user training, and resolving issues with helpdesk agents and external vendors.
3.10 The Candidate shall demonstrate competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
3.11 The Candidate is to have competency in Project Management tracking tools such as
Confluence, Jira.
