Job Description
• Monitor and analyze product performance, including user activity, transaction volumes, and market feedback to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Work closely with the Product Management and Engineering teams to plan and implement product improvement initiatives.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of product updates, from requirement gathering, planning, execution to release, ensuring the achievement of each phase’s objectives.
• Address technical and non-technical issues arising in product operations to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Develop and optimize product operation processes and policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Organize and participate in user training and feedback collection to continuously optimize product services.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in product operations or a related field, preferably with a background in fintech or trading platforms.
• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with product management tools and technologies, such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and ensuring timely completion.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin
