Job Summary

Reporting to the SAP Basis & PLM Technical Manager (under Infrastructure, Security, and Operations), the Senior IT Analyst is responsible for the operations of the SAP Basis services to deliver SAP projects, support the existing productive SAP applications, manage interfaces and 3rd party integrations and configurations, as well as take care of the tickets and issues from users to support their queries. Duties and responsibilities

• Deputy to the SAP Basis & PLM Technical manager in managing the entire SAP technical landscape of SAP systems and Satellite systems (S/4HANA & BW/4HANA, ECC, SAP PLM – ECTR, 3D VEG, Cideon, SAP content server, TREX, GTS, CRM, Fiori, Solution Manager, SAPBTP integrations, SAP Ariba, FSM/JAM, SF, Anaplan and Blackline and 3rd party integrations)

General Description:

The Alternative Investments and Managed Solutions business of BOS is responsible for the sourcing, selection, advisory, marketing and post-sales lifecycle management of both public and private market funds and investment solutions as well as discretionary and advisory portfolio management. The Managed Investments (“MI”) team is responsible for the investment advisory and distribution and post-sales monitoring of in-house and third party, professionally managed, fund investment opportunities (including Alternatives fund investments), Advisory Portfolio Management (“APM”) and Discretionary Portfolio Management (“DPM”).

Main Duties:

Advisory and Sales

• To grow AUM and increase the penetration of Managed Investments (funds, alternatives, APM and DPM) through marketing and advice to RMs and clients. This involves maintaining strong collaboration with Relationship Managers/Investment Advisors.

• Prepare and maintain managed solutions marketing and client materials including pitchbooks, presentations, proposals, and performance commentaries.

Data Analysis

Platform / Client Experience

Work Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years work experience in Asset Management/Private Bank as a product specialist, with experience in client engagement and customer experience
• Strong investments background, with solid knowledge of alternatives products including private markets funds, hedge funds, private real estate investments, mutual funds, DPM & APM
• Knowledge and hands on experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau and/or Qlikview with the ability to interpret this data and draw conclusions
