1. Project Planning and Initiation:

Job Description:

Handle full cycle payroll processing for Singapore and overseas office (Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Dubai, Vietnam, Indonesia and etc.)

Work closely with Finance on monthly accrual and payroll reports reconciliation.

Job Requirements

At least Diploma in HRM, Business Admin or related discipline.
Must be a specialist in payroll having spent at least 2 years in the same role with strong knowledge of handling APAC payroll.

Prior experience in processing of any of these countries’ payroll, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Australia, Hong Kong, China, Dubai and Singapore will definitely be an advantage.

The Assistant IT Manager will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the Hotel’s MIS department/section and its operations. He/she will advise program developments for users of front and heart of house. Maintenance of Contract and SLA (Service Level Agreement)

· To ensure that all critical systems are established with a maintenance contract with a schedule SLA in place and fees are timely paid.

· To maintain a proper system of filing and archive of all documents.

· To exercise emergency procedures for the continuity of the Hotel's operations in the event of a system failure. Procedures should include various steps to be taken during the daytime, during the nights and on weekends and public holidays.

· Patch Management- to ensure that patch management policies and procedures are in place and properly documented.

· Capacity Management- to ensure that capacity management is properly carried out ant recorded.

· Manual and Operation Procedure- To ensure updating of manual operation files are being updated.

· Policy and Procedure – to constantly update the policy and procedure files for hotel management approval to proceed.

· Data Protection – To be a Data Protection Officer, ensure the hotel data is accountable for, related to all data protection regulations set by PDPA authority.
