RESPONSIBILITIES

The Executive will assist the Operations Manager in managing daily operations and planning manpower to drive operational excellence in the Nursing Home. This includes ensuring that the Nursing Home is in compliance with all regulatory, licensing, safety, and environmental requirements.

In addition, they will also have the opportunity to lead, train, supervise, and mentor staff in areas such as Facilities Management, Repair and Maintenance, Fire Command Centre, and Transportation sections of the Operations department.

Job Summary：We are seeking an experienced Internal Control & Compliance Executive to oversee and enhance our internal control systems and compliance frameworks. Key Responsibilities:

- Establish company’s compliance management system to integrate the company’s overall risk management, internal control and compliance. Develop, implement, and maintain internal control and compliance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. -Develop and execute annual plan for internal control and compliance management, including relevant work and training.

Qualifications：

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification is preferred.

- Knowledge of laws, regulations in relation to the oil & gas industrial, lubricant field. Better understanding and utilization of internal control management system (e.g., COSO, ISO).

Position Summary

The Guest Experience Executive’s main role is to deliver an exceptional experience for all of our learners via face-to-face or online platforms. Job Description & Requirements

• Ensure accurate, complete and timely submission of monthly financial and management reports
• Ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, GST and tax filing requirement, audits, and procedures.
