Job Responsibilities:

• Daily inspection of the building to ensure that it is in satisfactory and serviceable condition
• Control and manage the use of common amenities and facilities in the Building.
• Ensure building components are serviced regularly by term contractors according to schedule and scope of work.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the building is in good condition
• Conduct regular inspections of the fire protection facilities and systems and ensure that the systems are satisfactory and serviceable
• Execution for Fire Drill exercise.
• Liaise with the public, tenants and relevant authorities on the required implementation of improvement Works

Requirement:

• Diploma in Building Management & Services or equivalent
• Min 2 years of experience in commercial building
• Singaporean Only
