· Prepare quarterly GST reports.

· Handle day–to-day accounting routine duties – including of creating Bank Receipts , accrual entries for non AR/AP into ERP sys.

· Monthly Aging Report & Sales Report.

· Monthly Invoice and SOA.

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

· Develope a marketing strategy in accordance with the overall company goals and vision

· Understanding Company Products and doing Market Research to identify specific target groups and implement niche marketing strategies

· Grow the social media community

· Implement and manage a multi-channel marketing strategy

· Grow online marketing partners (digital publications or influencers)

· Copywriting and copy editing - Both internal and external marketing materials

· Create and execute highly engaging, Skills and experience in creative content writing

· Cross-platform social media & marketing campaigns (design, call to action and content)

· Manage content - copywriting & design. Handle content schedule and posting of content

· Experience in attaining PR coverage both online and offline

· Simple research work

· Assisting with ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

· Social media analytics and ads experience is preferred. Social media management and community managers preferred.

· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong written English is a MUST

· Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

• Identifying carriers, negotiating freight rates, and verifying quotations.
• Preparing and processing shipping documents such as NOA, BL, commercial invoices, packing lists, and LOAs.
• Managing permit applications and cargo bookings.
• Overseeing logistics services, including Portnet operations, depot coordination, haulage arrangements, cargo surveys, stuffing/unstuffing operations, heavy lifts, Ro-Ro cargo handling, and warehouse storage solutions.
• Monitoring vessel ETAs, PSA storage, container demurrage, and chassis demurrage.
