The Centre Management System Support, Executive/Senior Executive is responsible for overseeing the upkeep, procurement & maintenance of all exhibits, audio-visual equipment, facilities and essential services for daily operations for centres/museums under Defence Collective Singapore (DCS).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance Planning: Planning and implementation of building maintenance programs for architectural, electrical, and mechanical, exhibits and attractions AV lighting systems. Co-ordinate and liaise with internal and external vendors for the execution of maintenance services. Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support:
   • Provide first- and second-line support for hardware and software Installation.
   • Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and peripheral problems to ensure minimal downtime.
   • Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely manner.
2. Hardware & Software Management:
   • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop operating systems (Windows/Mac/Linux).
   • Install and update software applications and drivers.
   • Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions.
3. Asset Management:
   • Manage IT inventory, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
   • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of IT assets.
4. Network Support:
   • Assist with basic network troubleshooting (e.g., connectivity, printer access).
   • Support VPN, wireless, and LAN/WAN configurations as required.
5. Collaboration & Training:
   • Work closely with other IT teams to resolve escalated issues.
   • Provide user training for new hardware or software implementations.
6. Security & Compliance:

Key Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience (2+ years) in a similar desktop support or IT helpdesk role.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Office 365.
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
• Experience with remote support tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or SCCM.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· - Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or Supply Chain Management with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

· - Prior experience in the construction sector, main contractor is preferred.

· - Knowledge of the full procurement process, including Quantity Surveying (QS) experience, is an advantage.
