Responsibilities

This position works with both customer service and Finance to execute order processing and order fulfilment tasks. They will need to work in a customer-driven and service-oriented environment.

• Order Processing:
  Process sales orders in the ERP based on the sales order received.
  Ensure that the customers’ orders are processed in time. Work closely with sales team to support the sales process from receiving order to delivery of goods to customers.
• Customer service:

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will support the Programmes and Services Department in various administrative, logistical and partnership work at EQUAL as a Programmes & Services Executive.

You are to coordinate and to network with various stakeholders to brokerage for partnerships and collaborations for various programmes at EQUAL. What you will be working on
