• Perform daily check on the technicians/cleaners’ attendance and overtime, and ensure that the attendance and overtime is captured and approved correctly and promptly.
• Update new employee’s data via IdeaPro
• Apply leave on behalf of employees via IdeaPro
• Submission of completed invoicing with delivery order and service report to Finance department.
• Generate recurring and ad-hoc invoices to external customers.
• Email invoices to external customers and handle any billing issues.
• Assist site Admin staff in vetting data records.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in billings will be a distinct advantage.
• Team player with positive work attitude.
• Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
• Pro-active and meticulous.
• Able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.

• Handle inquiries, quotations & other related documentation.
• Collaborate with the product team to identify customer requirements.
• Working closely with the production team to improve products & services to the needs of customers
• Support and Handle catering setup and operation with the team.
• Handle current sales accounts.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results.
• Currently handling Corporate / B2C accounts would be a plus.
