• Liaise with advertising agencies, landlords or partners to arrange promotional campaigns in all types of media for the brand or key individuals

• Manage the deliverables required within the brand – from POS setup, E-commerce, Menu setup, etc.

• Prepare press alerts/release to announce the launch of new projects within the Brand

• To communicate in a timely manner with partners on sponsorships and/or events.

• Track and report completion of key deliverables, assist in pre- and post-analysis of sales campaign

• Monitor the progress of marketing campaigns using various metrics, recommend ways to improve and submit reports on the campaigns’ performance

• Prepare and submit monthly reports on feedbacks and enquiries accordingly to the sources

• Media tracking and public relations reports

• Support Marketing Manager in calendar planning, brand initiatives, business presentations and all other marketing matters including additional responsibilities as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications, networks, printers and others
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks including planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
• Troubleshoot system and network problems
• Diagnose and solve hardware/software faults
• Provide technical support including procedural documentation to both users and MIS
• Set up new users’ accounts and profiles
• Train/educate staff of new hardware
• Assist in the compilation and maintenance of an accurate inventory of hardware and software

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT or computer related field
• Knowledge in LINUX servers, MySQL, Microsoft Window Server, Active Directory, and MSSQL a MUST
• Knowledge of basic LAN/WAN networking infrastructure a MUST
• Knowledge of Backup Systems an advantage
• Knowledge of PHP programming language an advantage
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with minimum supervision
• Ability to perform installation, setup, configuration, migration, upgrading and maintenance of desktop PC, laptop, OS, software and related peripherals
• Ability to work independently and be a team player
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills in both English and Mandarin an advantage
