• Provide support for IT troubleshooting end-to-end including service levels monitoring of both internal and outsourced IT service partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and SharePoint to address critical business needs across various departments.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, designers, and other developers to ensure solutions align with business objectives, user requirements, and best practices.
• Provide expert-level support for all aspects of the Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint environment, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
• Maintain and enhance existing SharePoint infrastructure including on-premises and online environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and SharePoint.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as .NET C#/Core, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and scripting languages like PowerShell.
• Proven experience as a SharePoint Administrator, including deep knowledge of SharePoint security, permissions, and customization.
• Experience with SharePoint Designer, Sharegate migration tool, and MS SQL Server T-SQL.
• Experience with integrating Power BI with various data sources and managing Power BI Gateways.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
