Operations and Administration (70%)

• Execute daily operations across various functions such as administration, logistics, procurement and finance related activities

Through various initiatives, Orang Laut SG strives to raise awareness about the rich traditions, language, art, and way of life of the Orang Laut/Pulau community. It also promotes their socio-economic empowerment and environmental conservation effort.

Role Overview:

The Programmes & Outreach Executive plays a vital role in supporting the organisation's mission by

assisting in the planning, coordination, and implementation of cultural preservation programmes and

outreach activities. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about cultural heritage, community engagement, and social advocacy to gain hands-on experience in the non-profit sector.

Job Description - F&B Admin Executive:

• Purchase Order – Review the PO and approve in the ERP system
• Receiving – Verify and approve in the ERP system
• Monitor and Report F&B Spending, COGS to outlet leaders
• Following up on the deliveries
• Sourcing – new or alternative products
• Price Comparison and price negotiation
• New Account opening for new supplier
• Data updating in ERP system – new code (SKU) creation, recipe updates

• Coordinate with operations team

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to focus on external sales within the Sustainable Waste Management sector. This role will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth in the waste management industry. The successful candidate will work independently in the field while collaborating with internal teams to design and deliver tailored solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

• Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Qualify potential clients and build a pipeline of leads within target industries (commercial, industrial, residential, etc.).
• Conduct outreach to prospective clients to introduce BNL’s waste management solutions.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Sales Strategy Development:

Customer Service & Issue Resolution:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of any issues or concerns.

What You Will Be Doing

The successful candidate will administer and manage SUSS's academic programmes, support examination activities and take charge of the School's student activities as well as external liaisons.

• Coordinate student recruitment activities, school activities and student interviews
• Support examination and assessment-related matters including liaison with programme/external examiners/associate faculties/supervisors, Head of Programme and Examination Administration Department
• Liaise with course writers and developers on course development matters
• Liaise with external partners associated with the programme(s)
• General administrative duties such as collation of data, preparation of reports, information updates
