The Job

The role holder is responsible for executing internal and external communications in-country, reporting to Senior Communications Manager, SG and SEA. About This Role:-

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Operation Support

● Responsible for continuous, 24/7 monitoring of the HoME+ programme. This includes oversight of the sensor-based monitoring system, promptly responding to detected inactivity or user-initiated panic button activations, and coordinating appropriate responses.

● Expand HoME+ strategically to further the cause of HoME+

● Work closely with the HoME+ Call Center team to ensure seamless
