The Support Analyst will report into the regional Technology lead, and will collaborate closely with a busy and dynamic Maritime trading desk .  The primary focus will be to provide technical support and expertise for the VESON IMOS software. Responsibilities:

· Work with Enterprise Account Managers to do customer insight of Mid and Large Enterprise markets in Singapore to identify, develop and close project opportunities. Offer consultation and guidance to key accounts’ infrastructure refresh.

Job Purpose
