The Campaigns Executive will support campaign initiatives in line with our client’s requirement whilst still maintaining Supermom’s identity. In this role, you will work with a team to help to raise awareness of our clients, their brands, drive sales, help customer acquisition and retention through marketing initiatives and strategies that we will strategically deploy through Supermom as a platform.

 You will be responsible for coordinating and executing the following initiatives:

 Roles and responsibilities:

• Create and execute multi-channel marketing plans to deliver on lead generation campaigns for various client accounts. Channels include farming and direct marketing to existing bases, paid advertising, community marketing, events and partnerships, telesales, offline promoters, etc

• Brief, project manage, and oversee the quality of work from a team of performance specialists, CRM specialists, data processing specialists, copywriters and designers, to deliver on campaigns. If needed, source for suppliers/freelancers and onboard them
• Constantly monitor and track performance across multiple campaigns and create the right reporting frameworks for analysis and reporting.
• Manage business as usual aspects for a campaign to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
• Understand our target audiences' behaviours, as well as analyse and segment our existing base, to improve new user acquisition and cross-sell
• Continually find ways to optimise campaigns and maximise margins
• Build long-term strategies for user acquisition while managing short-term fulfilment

• Minimum 3 years' experience in user acquisition marketing, either with B2C brands or with agencies

• Working knowledge of Hubspot, GA4 and Meta Marketing is a plus

This is a full time role for a Sea Freight Executive located in ALPS Ave. Our clients are in the Freight Forwarding Industry. You will be responsible for coordinating sea import shipments, managing import/export files, updating shipment statuses, and handling customer notifications. Responsibilities include processing invoices, checking shipment documents, and arranging transportation. You will communicate with clients, agents, and overseas offices, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with company policies. Key tasks also include customs permit declarations and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, you will recommend process improvements and handle any ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant industry

1. Responsible for managing Accounts Receivables (AR) & Management Information System (MIS).

2. Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations related to Accounts Receivable and MIS.

3. Conduct a monthly review of AR accounts with other teams.

4. Ensure accurate and timely updates of receipts into system for OPs to review AR outstanding.

5. Liaise with customer and bank where necessary.

6. Identify improvement in work processes to keep up with changing business needs.

7. Responsible for Monthly/Year-end financial closing reporting and ensure all reporting/schedules are accurately and promptly prepared.
