• Perform hardware and software evaluations with individual workstations (when necessary) and determine appropriate installation and/or upgrade schedule.

• Document disaster recovery procedures and perform production turnover procedures with all application including but not limited to Opera Cloud, Symphony Cloud and other hotels systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Performing concept and detailed design of electrical systems including transmission and power projects
• Take responsibility for the assigned design components, including the necessary follow-up for approval from relevant authorities and clients.
• Assist in liaising and coordinating with Local Authority Departments to secure approval for design projects.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications, and tender documents for design projects under the guidance of senior engineers/managers.
• Work under guidance and supervision of a senior level team member.

As a Governance Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our team, this role is crucial in developing and maintaining a robust culture of technology and cybersecurity risk governance across our organization.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in ICT cybersecurity, data security, audit management, governance, and risk compliance management. He or She will be responsible for providing expert advice on cyber security requirements, reviewing and establishing ICT policies, and supporting various aspects of our tech governance framework.

• Develop the culture of Tech risk governance and management across the organisation, and ensure proper accountability in the management, tracking and reporting of tech and cyber risks.
• Provide subject matter advice to internal stakeholders on cyber security requirements that the Authority is required to comply with, including Client internal policies and standards, as well as policies and standards from GovTech and Cyber Security Agency of Singapore.
• Review and establish ICT policies and process controls and conduct compliance checks.
• Support team lead and work with internal stakeholders to:

• Track and monitor tech projects and initiatives to meet compliance requirements.
• Track and monitor of Key Risk Indicators and Control Self-Assessment as part of Tech governance framework.
• Track and monitor incident reporting, including reviewing, monitoring, and reporting on the corrective measures and improvement areas.
• Participate in consultation and conduct gap analysis against new or revised requirements.
• Assess and seek waiver approvals for deviations and risk treatment strategies.
• Organise risk forums, including monitoring of action plans.
• Coordinate and facilitate IT / cyber security audits.

o   Track remediation plans to address audit findings.

o   Follow up on remediation actions, security and risk assessments with respective stakeholders and project and application managers.

• Good years of relevant experience in ICT cybersecurity, data security, audit management, governance, risk and compliance management
• Relevant certifications in IT governance, IT audit, cyber or data security (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to work with cross-functional, multi-disciplined team to operationalise monitor security policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Instruction Manual 8 and CSA Cybersecurity Code of Practice preferred.
• Technical knowledge of security vulnerabilities, validation of remediations and risk assessments.
• Relevant experience in data visualisation and analytics..

Summary

This position is responsible for the movement of all goods/purchases in and out of the hotel and ensure that they are properly recorded.

Job Responsibilities

· To ensure that any goods coming into the hotel have been properly ordered and met the specification (in quantity and quality).

· To ensure that all goods received in the hotel are accounted for and supported with proper documentation.

· To ensure that all goods received in the Hotel are properly supported by valid hotel purchase orders.

· To examine both quality and quantity of goods received in coordination with related Department Heads before accepting delivery.

· To ensure that goods are promptly moved to Stores or the concerned department once received.

· To ensure that outgoing goods are properly documented and accounted for.

· To closely monitor with Purchasing for all pending or partial deliveries.

· To be responsible for recording and distributing reports as required.

Responsibilites:

• Handling of Reception / Front Desk duties including but not limited to checking-in and checking-out of hotel guests.
• Provide courteous and efficient service to all hotel guests.
• Ensure that all telephone calls are handled promptly.
• Be familiar with all room types and rates in the hotel and their availability status; so as to up-sell whenever possible.
• Handle cashiering functions and adhere to the hotel’s Standard Policies & Procedure.
• Take ownership of problems, handle guest complaints promptly according to established procedures and then report to the supervisor for further follow up where necessary.
• Be familiar with hotel facilities and functions as well as major city attractions and events so as to provide guests with accurate information as requested.
• Ensure a professional and courteous working relationship and maintain an effective flow of communication with all hotel personnel.

Requirements:

• A minimum Diploma qualification in any field.
• Relevant work experience will be duly considered.
• Willing to work rotating shifts.
• Positive attitude with an outgoing personality and good communications skills.
• Preferred experience in the hospitality industry along with familiarity of the Opera system.

The Intern is expected to support the day-to-day IT operations and ensure that Service Desk is operating in a timely manner and in line with agreed-on service levels.

Your assignment

Provide Business IT support to the store:

• Ensure that IT systems perform with high availability, performance, and security
• Oversee Service Desk Operations and Compliance

Day-to-day IT Operations (Core Responsibilities):

• Assess assigned severity levels on Service Desk and comply with agreed-on service levels
• Investigate and resolve issues posted on the Service Desk
• Support user enquiries on IT issues over the phone/email/remote assistance
• Develop quick Level 1 & 2 resolution processes for common issues
• Communicate with end-users regarding incident status
• Provide IT Support/Installation/Configuration for the company's PC end-users
• Provide troubleshooting on Computer Hardware/Software (including POS) and Network problems
• Arrange with Technicians for repairs/maintenance of Hardware
• Monitor software license compliance through physical checks and tools (Service Desk and SCCM).
• Coordinate on-site work with authorized vendors during rebuild, relocations or repairs.
