The ideal candidate will have experience in ensuring operational excellence, driving governance across a global organization, and managing various aspects of modern workplace infrastructure. You will work alongside the Service Owner for Modern Workplace and Mobility Services, who is responsible for the service's renewal and roadmap. Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Microsoft technology or CISSP are advantageous
• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology management and enterprise IT delivery, with a focus on Modern Workspace and Mobility Services.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.
• Strong knowledge and experience in vulnerability management, SCCM, Intune, and Cyber Essentials Plus.
• Experience with Active Directory, Proof Point, Nexthink, and MDM solutions.
