Duties and Responsibilities

• To manage price quotation, order fulfillment, backorder/backlog management for SEA countries
• Provide quotation to customer according to agreed price model
• Ensure order fulfillment within required timing, invoice issued timely and manage AR aging

Providing effective and efficient administrative and secretariat support to Dean, College of Engineering (DCoE), you will execute the full spectrum of programmes, tasks and activities, which include (but not limited to) appointment/meeting scheduling, documentation, minutes taking, report compilation and event management.

As an integral administrative member at the Dean’s office, you will also lead or be part of the taskforce in the planning, organization, and management of college-level programmes such as visit by the College Advisory Board and College Town Hall.
