Job Responsibilities
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will:

• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve business targets.

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organised Admin Executive to join our growing digital lock business. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers with inquiries, providing product information and support.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests via WhatsApp Business and other communication channels.
• Manage general administrative tasks, including maintaining records, processing orders, and coordinating schedules.
• Support the team in handling operational activities, such as inventory checks and basic reporting.
• Address and escalate customer concerns to the relevant team members when necessary.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required to support the business.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Singaporean/PR
• Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager with project functions, including project management, site management, and risk control to achieve project goals.
• Support Project Manager in planning and coordinating construction works according to the master and detailed work programs.
• Guide junior Engineers in daily work execution.
• Prepare and submit project documents such as schedules, method statements, design plans, risk assessments, and reports.
• Supervise construction to ensure compliance with contract specifications, drawings, quality standards, and ESH practices.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on all project matters.
• Facilitate site inspections, submit technical reports, and maintain records. Assist in verifying progress payments and contractor claims.
• Attend regular meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to monitor project progress.
• Establish and maintain a document control system for design drawings and project documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board.
• At least 3 years of working experience in construction and infrastructure industry (LTA, Roadwaorks, MRT Projects).
