• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a Sales role. Relevant experience in Marine Industry is an added advantage
• Possess Class 3 driving license and own a car are preferred.

• GCE A Level, Diploma, and/or above in Sales or any other discipline relevant to the marine industry

Basic Salary: S$2600 to S$4500 + Allowance

Accounts Executive

• Full spectrum of Accounts Payable functions, ensuring smooth and accurate processing of payments
• Maintain and organise all necessary documentation for processing, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Keep financial records up to date, ensuring data integrity and precision
• Manage the fixed asset register, ensuring compliance and accuracy in asset tracking
• Investigate and resolve outstanding issues with supplier in a timely manner
• Perform monthly reconciliation of supplier statements, ensuring all discrepancies are addressed
• Assist in the annual audit process by preparing schedules and working closely with auditors to ensure compliance
• Ensure timely closing processes and accurate reconciliations, including intercompany transaction
• Support system and process improvements by assisting with system implementations and automating tasks to enhance efficiency.
• Foster relationship with customers and vendors, supporting operation teams in maintaining positive communication
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including maintaining contracts database and tracking project cost
• Any other duties suitable duties as and when assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

1. Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience

Job Responsibilities:
· Accurately and safely perform timely testing of routine and non-routine lab samples in accordance with appropriate GMP, GLP and safety guidelines.

· Accurately maintain laboratory record system of submitted samples (to compile, analyze, evaluate and prepare reports).

· Recognize deviations from procedures, methods, etc., and initiates an investigation as required.

· Prepare certificate of analysis (COA), certificate of ingredients (COI) and health certificate.

· Assist in preparations of statistical reports and trend analysis from data compiled on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

· Coordinate with commercial laboratory for samples submission and result release.

· Maintain inventory of all laboratory supplies and consumables - inventory monitoring and control, raise purchase request.

· Maintain competency in all trained areas.

· Adhere to the laboratory quality control policies, document all quality control activities, instrument and procedural calibrations and maintenance performed.

· Be capable of identifying problems that may adversely affect test performance of test results, reporting of test results, correct the problems and immediate notify the superior.

· Engage in training exercise (Eg. ISO 17025 training, proficiency test, ring test) to fulfill compliance requirements.

· Ability to satisfactorily participate in proficiency testing programs.

· Maintain competency in all trained areas.

· Manage the sample retention room.

· Perform all related works as required.

What you’ll do:

• Manage daily facility operations and maintenance.
• Inspect equipment, assess risks, implement mitigations, and notify on issues.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance policies for all systems.
• Respond to emergencies and support 24-hour incident response.
• Ensuring that facilities meet health and safety requirements, government regulations, and energy efficiency requirements
• Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for maintenance & services including security, cleaning& landscaping

• Whole facility maintenance and line set up and machinery troubleshooting
• Has practical knowledge of common facilities operations e.g. air-conditioning system, compressors and electrical system, and able to perform simple trouble-shooting activities on breakdowns.
