Job Description

• Configure and manage critical systems, including Active Directory (AD), telephony, video conferencing, access points (AP), firewalls, VPNs, and more. Monitor and analyse the performance of LANs, WANs, and wireless networks to ensure optimal functionality.

Requirements

Job Summary

The IT Manager will be responsible for the planning, implementation and maintenance of all IT systems used by SSVP Ltd and the Society of St. Vincent de Paul (National Council of Singapore) (“SSVP Singapore”) through contract management of outsourced vendors and in close partnerships with SSVP Singapore IT volunteers. Job Description

• Collaborate with Leadership Management on analysing SSVP Singapore’s IT vision and needs, identify opportunities and vulnerabilities, boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to enable the right business decisions. Manage the revisions to the 5-Year IT Vision Roadmap based on strategic and tactical directions agreed by the Board members.
