Skills and experience required

The temp staff will assist with the following task :

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Workday Management:

• Facilitate RPA projects and assist with automation processes.
• Work on fixed asset cleanup, including asset decommissioning, disposal, and capitalization within the Workday system.
• Handle asset registration and data entry in Workday, including invoicing, cash journals, and sales orders.

Fixed Assets and Financial Invoice Processing:

• Support asset capitalization and maintenance exercises, such as asset decomposition and condemnation.
• Manage fixed assets reporting and accruals during financial year closing.
• Process and submit invoices, cash journals, and generate Workday financial reports.

Office Administration and Inventory:

• Oversee office equipment inventory, ordering stationery, and managing daily office supplies.
• Organize seating arrangements and manage workstations for both staff and contractors.
• Coordinate vendor escorting and disposal processes, and ensure vendor health declarations and passes are up-to-date.

TG Vendor and Staff Support:

• Provide support for onboarding and offboarding for staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Assist with budgeting tasks and resource management for augmented resources.
• Perform secretarial duties and assist with other administrative tasks.

Daily Operations and Miscellaneous Tasks:

• Perform routine office checks and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as mail collection, name tag printing, and updating workstation details.

Job Requirements :

• Possess strong administrative skills and demonstrates the ability to effectively prioritise work tasks.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Familiar with MS Office and MS Outlook
• Able to commit for a period of 6 or 12 months.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure infrastructure systems and applications (e.g. Active Directory Services, Data Centre, video conferencing, audio system, telephony, server storage, backup, etc.), network devices (Firewall, routers, VPN, internet proxy, wireless, etc.), desktop, mobile devices and other remote devices.
• Provide technical support to both Local and Overseas branches’ users over the LAN and WAN without compromising security.
• Provide L1/L2 support and participate as a team lead or member in projects.
• Ensure systems are backed up automatically, recovery plans and disaster recovery plans and patches are carried out successfully and monitor the systems’ resources usage closely.
• Draft and update technical documentation such as administration & user guides.
• Source for products/solutions and vendors/suppliers for required projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• CCNA certification is advantageous
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in infrastructure system maintenance and optimization
• Expertise in enterprise networking, including implementation and support of WAN, LAN, and VPN optimization
• Proficient in managing Microsoft Server 2012 and newer versions, Microsoft 365, and Google Suite products/services
• Knowledgeable in internet architecture, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy, and Firewall configurations
• Familiar with devices such as Alcatel PABX, FortiGate, Cisco, and Unifi Wireless AP Controllers
• Strong understanding of CyberRisk and CyberSecurity; experience with PDPA is highly desirable
• Experience with Veeam, VMware, and UNIX/Linux is advantageous
