The Sales Support Assistant/ Executive, under direction of supervision, primary responsibility is to support the Sales & Marketing team.

The Sales Support Assistant/ Executive will actively participate in discussions across departments, Sales & Marketing / Operations / Customer Services, contributing to the growth of the sales operational plan.

• Handling all administrative duties for the Sales department

About the Role:

As a CBRE Contract Support Analyst, you will provide administrative management of supplier contracts, certifications, and documentation consistent with internal and client requirements.

This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and administer agreements for contracted services. This includes preparing new contracts, renewals, and amendments.
• Coordinate compliance procedures, facility maintenance, and landscaping requirements with vendors.

Scope of work

• Supervise students at the GEAR-Up Room
• Ensure that students tidy-up the GEAR-Up Room and canteen area before they leave.
• Ensure that all equipment is cleaned, switched off (if applicable) and put back at their allocated location after use.
• Work with TIC to organize or conduct structured activities at the GEAR-Up Room.
• Supervise and ensure safety of students in the GYM room
• Clean the gym room and the sports hub.
• Any other duties as assigned by School Leaders.
