JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties & Responsibilities:

• IT Equipment (e.g., PC, laptop, etc.) setup and configuration
• Network and Server OS support & administration, includes system administration, user account management (creation & termination) and backup
• Provide first level troubleshooting & installation of software or firmware applications.
• Install, support & maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies

TMS support. To provide offsite support on the Transport Management System (TMS) related service requests, incident management and change requests.

• Level 1 and level 2 activities based on the requests from our transport team.
• Good understanding of Standard operating procedures involved in managed the transport user management queries - addition, modification and deletion of users in the TMS platform after verifying the necessary approvals.
• To provide TMS service requests related to online and B2B orders
• To patch the data manually after taking necessary IT approvals to support the synchronization issues with our ecommerce applications.
• Upkeep TMS system with regular maintenance and archival activities.
• Able to evaluate and understand the complexity of the incident and collaborate with multiple stake holders, with swift communication to respond to user tickets in timely basis.

1. IT Technical Responsibilities

1. Maintenance, administration and monitoring of Servers
2. Perform Server administration and management of windows servers, VMWare, AD Domain services, AD Certificate services, DHCP, DNS, MS Exchange and Email filtering

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology related field

- Minimum 1 year of experience

- Experience in firewalls, routers and switches configurations

- Experience in MS Active Directory Account, MS Exchange, VMWare and Linux administration

- Meticulous, resourceful, independent, good interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility

- Possess MCSA, MCP, CCNA knowledge and working experience in financial sector will be added advantage
