Job Description:

• In Charge of providing 1st and 2nd Level IT Support to end-users
• In Charge of providing end-user IT support for both local and remote locations daily to
• Responsible for ensuring smooth business operation including end-user computing device performance monitoring
• Responsible for performing installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, workstations, applications and other related equipment and devices
• Responsible for performing IT asset lifecycle management including tech refresh, preventive maintenance (Eg. Laptops / Printers ) and software license monitoring
• Responsible for the procurement of IT equipment, software and related products including administering procurement processes and supporting in requirements scoping and evaluation
• Perform stock take, asset management & update asset records for end user computing
• In Charge of managing IT vendors (service quality, feedback, improvements) and service contracts
• Provide assistance in the implementation of new end-user computing technologies
• Any other IT duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
• Min 3 years of experience in providing Level 2 of IT support to end-user

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects (e.g., SharePoint, eGIRO) ensuring they meet timelines, budget constraints, and project specifications.

Liaise with project vendors to coordinate and oversee project delivery.

Lead the development of new software applications (e.g., Banking software) and systems, including requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Ensure quality and functionality of the software and systems meet the organizational

standards.

Analyze the work plan for the department, identifying key areas for improvement and optimization.

Write detailed reports on project progress, department performance, and other relevant metrics.

Identify the types of reports to be submitted from the department and ensure timely and accurate submission.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to determine their technology needs and ensure IT

projects align with the overall business strategy.

Research and implement new technologies that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.

Proactively seek out opportunities for technological improvements and present recommendations to senior management.

Ensure all IT practices comply with regulatory standards and company policies.

Maintain thorough documentation of all projects and change management processes to ensure transparency and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Have some experience in IT project management and software development.(preferred)

Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from initiation to completion.

Experience in developing and deploying software applications, particularly in the banking or financial services sector.

Experience with database management systems.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Experience in writing detailed reports and performance metrics.

The Challenges :

• Collaborate with the IT Manager and internal stakeholders to enhance IT support functions, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency.
• Support the Clinical Operations team by engaging with multidisciplinary stakeholders (e.g., doctors, clinic staff) to meet diverse needs and achieve patient-centered care and organizational effectiveness.
• Coordinate with users and IT vendors for the delivery and implementation of IT solutions and services.
• Set up and deploy desktop/laptop computers and associated software, including managing Windows Active Directory (AD).
• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing issues related to devices (e.g., desktop/laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices) and software, such as Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Manage data protection and cybersecurity functions, ensuring proper system setup, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets, systems documentation, and software licenses.
• Assist in implementing action plans to achieve operational goals and support daily clinic operations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

What It Takes :

• Diploma in Computer Science or a relevant degree.
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, end-user desktop support, and IT security operations.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to start on short notice is an advantage.
• Experience in a healthcare organization is a plus.
