You will be responsible to provide Level 1 support to ensure the smooth running of the office from a Technology perspective

• Providing additional IT Support to the team
• Perform an inventory reconciliation on IT equipment, categorizing and documenting for better tracking
• Support the Service Lead on the maintenance and testing of fixed office equipment such as Laptop Docks, Monitors, Peripherals, Printers and Projectors
• Partner with HR and event organizers for the setup of the office to support various in-person and virtual events such as Townhalls, Workshops and Large meetings
• To provide support for VIPs when they are visiting the office
• To work with IT Support teams on issue resolution
• To support and coordinate IT activities related to local IT projects.

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in an Office administration or in an IT support role
