The Trade Support team forms part of the Operations Function supporting trading activities across a diverse range of Brevan Howard funds and financial markets instruments traded for these funds.

The core services provided by the Trade Support Specialists are as follows:

Trade Capture

• Monitoring electronic trade flows
• Ensuring accurate trade capture of voice executed transactions
• Compliance with regulations and internal policies with respect to trade execution and capture
• Publishing P&L and working with portfolio managers and execution traders to resolve queries

Life Cycle Event Management

• Facilitation of option expiry processes and other contractual obligations
• Corporate event and credit event processing
• Compression and novation processing

Static Data Management

• All elements of instrument data set up and maintenance
• Onboarding of portfolio managers, execution traders, and funds
• Support for static to aid the STP of trade capture

Reconciliation of Fund Positions

• Ensure funds' positions and trade details recorded in internal systems match external parties (clearers, custodians, prime brokers, counterparties)
• Facilitate the timely resolution of position and trade breaks

Process Improvement and Projects

• New business initiatives: Including set up of new traders and products
• Process Improvements including technology enhancements
• Enhancing knowledge through training and maintenance of team procedures and policies
• Completing event reviews and implementation of risk mitigation improvements

The role entails working closely with execution traders and portfolio managers across a number of Brevan Howard funds. An ability to prioritise based on risk profile is critical, as is a clear and concise communication approach with such front-office staff. The role also requires close working relationships with a number of internal partners including Brevan Howard's COO team, Fund Control, Investor Relations, Fund Risk and Quants teams. Occasionally coverage across the wider Brevan Howard operations function may be required.

WORK EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND

Essential

• Undergraduate degree in a numerate discipline
• A sound understanding of financial markets and different financial products, specifically ETD and OTC Derivative instruments.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Field Support Engineer who is passionate and responsible to join our Car Park Technical Support team. DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

· To upkeep and perform Preventative Maintenance of security and parking equipment, and day-today troubleshooting and corrective maintenance at various car park sites.
· Promptly submit and write Service Reports and Maintenance Checklists after each session to ensure the next team can follow-up on next-steps in a timely manner.
· Assist in resolving technical issues with customers, contractors and vendors.
· Able to provide necessary training to teammates and end-users.
· Assist in project implementation and enhancement work of security and car park systems including installation and commissioning.
· Work closely with the Technical Support and Customer Support team both onsite and remotely.
· Assist with stock management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Professional Certificate in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or any related field.
· Possess good communication and presentation skills with good command of English.
· At least 1-2 years of working experience in car park or security field preferred.
· Experience dealing with CCTV, network access and other security devices will be advantageous. Able to work well in a team.
· Valid Class 2 or 3 Driving License required.
