• Monitoring vessel movement & schedule

JOB SUMMARY

To support and assist Head, Group Facilities in the areas listed below.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lease renewal for all SACS properties with SLA / HDB / MOH / MSF.
2. Project management for assigned properties’ renovation works including calling tender & award for consultants and contractors.
3. Lead for Group Tender for all SAMH and SACS properties. E.g. appointment of Electricity Retailer
4. Lead for Group Tender for Fire Protection, ACMV, Card Access, CCTV, PA and Pest Control.
5. Assisting SAMH / SACS properties on facilities and maintenance issues including calling for quotations and ensuring the works are completed properly and according to contract.
6. Manage daily operations for building, M&E, cleaning, security, pest control and landscaping when assigned to oversee a property.
7. Assist Head Group Facilities on properties compliance to Environmental, Sustainability and Governance Requirements.
8. Adhoc works as assigned by the Group CEO and Group Facilities Head.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Polytechnic Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architectural with 8 years’ working experience.
2. Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architectural from a reputable university with 4 years’ working experience.
3. Preferably with Fire Safety Manager Certification, Green Mark Accredited Professional Certification, Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health or higher.
