What Will You Do

• To develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• To oversee the daily operations of the company.
• To monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• To manage daily scheduling and optimize resources.

Job Scope:

• Ensure all equipment are accounted and are maintained in good condition.
• Equipment management (maintenance, arrange hardware/software training for staff, servicing, etc)
• Prepare documentations required to procure equipment/supplies/services; and take delivery and stock of purchases.
• Support with;
• review vendor’s KPIs and compliance, and work to achieve set targets/goals.
• review and update all operations SOPs timely
• review and implement plans to enhance work processes.
• Ensure proper maintenance of administrative records, general stores, office equipment/supplies.
• Liaison person with hospital’s stakeholders to conduct and review operations risk.
• Assist to co-ordinate and manage the various operational support services; e.g. Security/Housekeeping/Kitchen/Fire Safety.
• Work with external vendors to troubleshoot and close operational gaps.
• Ensure facilities are patient friendly, safe and spick & span.
• Support procurement team, assisting with delivery, arranging of goods.
• Able to rectify and attend to operation-related emergencies (e.g. Breakdown of internet, oxygen, etc)
• Any assigned ad hoc functions/duties pertaining to operations.
