The Learning Support Team in Centre Operations is a highly logistical function within the organization. The role of the LST – CO is to oversee day-to-day responsibilities for the department, including scheduling and booking resources, support for learner’s registrations and to also assists with the creation of the desired learning environment and the management of logistics and equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure sufficient assessment session timeframe being allocated as based on the number of learners
• Engage and maintain a healthy collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and vendors
• Maintain training facilities and conditions of the available equipment
• Coordinate logistics and resources across the organisation, products and services and external venues
• Check and track learners’ attendance and assessment results
• Monitor and evaluate training programs, processes and workflows for quality and effectiveness; make recommendations for improvement
• Ensure all learning materials are up-to-date
• Ensure that programmes and activities are carried out as per the set curriculum
• Familiarize with all the available modes of payment SOP (SkillsFuture Claim submission, NTUP UTAP reimbursement, PSEA Withdrawal, NETS or PAYNOW)
• Able to explain the funding structures, pedagogy and programmes offered
• Ensure all documents are handled with PDPA in mind
• Upload soft copies of the post-class documents to Microsoft Teams and physical copies to the relevant teams for checking
• Logistics and resources management
• Classroom rental management
• Other related duties as assigned by the Superior

The Whole Kitchen is a healthy gluten free bakery in Singapore. We are looking to grow our team and business and are looking for a full time Administration & Logistics Coordinator Packer to support our Administration & Logistics Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing delivery drivers documents
• Packing sales orders and consumer hampers
• Inventory stock take
• Entering invoices and purchase orders to system
• Data entry and filling
• Printing labels

Candidate must have following skills:

Past experience in admin/logistics, or working in food business is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new procedures and Best Known Methods (BKMs) to service new products. Contribute to the FMECA process.
• Participate in or own first chamber Build & Test in Apps lab. Solve issues, or work with Engineering to address issues identified. Work with Manufacturing to develop procedures and participate (if required) on New Product final test
• Partner with Quality & Reliability (Q&R) group to review and address Top Field Issues. Participate in or own CAPA process. Conduct or facilitate Failure Analysis (FA) if needed
• Develop and document procedures to install (start-up), retrofit and maintain the product (Technical Product Manuals)
• Develop new procedures, Customer Engineering Notices (CENs), Internal Service Bulletins (ISBs) and troubleshooting guides as required
• Collect process and qualification data to create product Best Known Methods (BKMs)
• Develop initial training package for new products and work with Global Technical Training (GTT) to develop training class. Train Customer Engineers (CEs), Process Engineers (PSEs) and Technical Product Support (TPS) assigned to customers who will receive ELS Shipments, prior to shipping
• Identify new parts that require to be stocked by AGS and work with them to ensure parts are stocked in correct locations

Requirements:

• Master's or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or higher qualifications
• 4 - 7 years of semiconductor equipment experiences
• Prior experience with PVD or CVD or Wet Cleans chamber highly desirable
• Experience with Metrology tools a plus
• Ability to commit to some travelling requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive educational and learning support services that include identification of children with developmental concerns or require additional support within Early Intervention (EI) Continuum and DS/LS programme.
• Work closely with team comprising Educational Psychologist (Ed Psy), Speech and Language Therapists (SLT), Occupational Therapists (OT), Social Workers (SW), EI-trained Teachers, Educational Therapist and Parents to discuss child’s learning needs and profile the learning needs of the children referred to DS/LS programme.
• Engages, collaborates and work closely with stakeholders, especially pre-schools to provide DS/LS to suitable children.
• Provides training to early childhood educators on identification of children with mild developmental and learning issues.
• Presents screening outcomes during case filter meetings.
• Screens and evaluates children who are identified for learning and developmental issues by early childhood educators in the mainstream pre-school settings.
• Develops and implements LSEd Support Packages (Language Development Package, Literacy Package, Social Skills Package and Handwriting Package) that include Individualised Educational Plan (IEP) and End of Intervention (EOI) Report to children with mild developmental needs with support from DS/LS team.
• Ensure that IEP goals set are achieved and strategies are generalised back into the classroom.
• Takes responsibility of the caseload allocated to LSEd in DS/LS programme.
• Acts as a resource teacher for the Early Childhood teachers and to support the children with learning and development needs within the classroom setting and help the children integrate into school environment.
• Provides updates and consistent documentation of intervention for children identified for the programme.
• Develops guidelines together with the DS/LS team for preschool-Based therapy intervention.
• Plans and coordinates services, workshops for Parents, Teachers, etc. as and when the need arises.
• Contributes, implements and evaluates ideas and suggestions for improvement of services for children identified for the programme with the DS/LS team.
• Ensures compliance of established policies and procedures set within the programme.
• Reviews programmes and services together with team to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of services referred to DS/LS programme.

Classroom Management & Organisation

• Develops and maintain a conducive classroom environment or provide advice to the early childhood professionals in developing conducive learning environment appropriate to the physical, social and emotional development of students with learning and developmental needs.

Professional Staff Development

• Keeps abreast of the latest research and developments relating to literacy intervention, development delay and children with special needs.
• Attends relevant training and courses.
• Attends and contributes regularly to Staff Meetings, Case Filter Meetings and In-Services and any other meetings as and when necessary.
• To be involved in networking with other community organisations.
• To participate in events organised / supported by SPD as when required.

Administration

• Be responsible to and liaise with the Director, Manager and other senior staff in all matters pertaining to administration.
• Engages in administrative duties relevant to departmental works.
• Any other duties assigned by Reporting Officer.
• Maintains inventory of the equipment and resource materials for the programme.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (Teaching) or DECCE-T or equivalent, with 2-3 years working experience in the early childhood sector.
• Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Learning Support (SDELS).
• Good communication and inter-personal skills.
• Familiar with ordinary preschool curriculum and has prior exposure in supporting centres in coping with special needs children.
• Experienced in working with young children using English as a medium of instruction.

Duties

· Supporting Sales Team with ongoing existing customer compliance list requirements such as KYC, Supplier Due Diligence Compliance list, Supplier sustainability compliance, Supplier onboarding documents and Supplier Finance statements.

· Supporting Sales Team for RFP & RFI responses, working with internal stakeholders for technical and compliance matters.

· Follow up with customers’ request to support the AE on One time charge, Custom part Labour installation and material requests.

· Follow up with customers’ request to support the AE including budgetary quotation (especially basic services like interconnections).

· Supporting Sales Team on coordination and following up on termination and renewal request.

· Supporting Sales Team with SFDC usage leading to the generation of Sales Order Forms.

Skills

· Salesforce, Excel and Power Point knowledge and experience is required.

· 3+ years of experience in Sales Admin / Quote Support, preferably in IT/Telco/Data Centre industries.

- Experience in Siebel & Salesforce will be required

· Post-secondary or equivalent qualification, preferably in IT/Technology related field.

· Able to communicate fluently in spoken and written English and be customer focused.

· Able to handle urgencies and be adaptive in a fast-paced environment.
