Within ING WB APAC Sectors there is an opening for a Sector Support member.

In order to facilitate the services to our clients and to ensure a safe and compliant bank, which is able to operate efficiently, Sector Support will work with relationship managers and product specialists in taking care of regulatory and operational tasks. You will work together with other departments and colleagues located in different geographies. You will report to the Sector Support Lead.

Your key responsibilities

Drive the KYC process by liaising with the KYC Client outreach team and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) analysts and experts and tracking CDD deadlines. Implementing and updating policy & regulatory driven processes and subsequent remediation plans Being jointly responsible with other T&R Experts for workload division, problem solving and alignment on changing requirements Setting up and initiation of Account Opening with ING including being the point of contact for clients, collection of documents and coordination with Operations. Incident management- acts as single point of contact/entry for clients on the onboarding process. End to end responsiblility for resolution, coordination, communication and escalation to Sector teams and other internal stakeholders. Ensure proper and pro-active communication and coordination of clients’ requests with Sector teams, Operations and Settlement and other relevant departments. Client data management - ensure accuracy and completeness of client data (GRID/Vantage, Client files etc.) including upload of any changes in the client circumstances. Responsibilities:

• To supervise and support the functions of incoming waste segregation including bulk waste and loose waste as well as weighbridge.
• To constantly monitor improve the department performance. To conduct periodic review of existing work flows and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements and executing the improvement plans.

• Regular briefing / training to be conducted to department staffs for safety handling of high flammable solvent, MSDS, PPE requirement and risk assessment before operations.
• To activate emergency response team of operation and maintenance staffs and response to any in house spill and fire incident if in case of emergency situation. To liaise with EHS department to ensure fellow dept staff are upkeep with method of handling and emergency equipment usages in terms of spills and fire incident and to conduct regular practice and drill exercises with different scenarios to workers so that they are well familiar in emergency to response in time.
• To ensure all fellow staffs are well trained according to OJT program and ensure they can follow up SOPs and work safely.

Secondary responsibilities

• To undertake any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
• As an ISO committee member, to develop and implement documents for operation procedures, such as SOP, RA and MOC, SWP and participate in auditing the various departments as an Internal Auditor

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Chemistry
• At least 2 years relevant experience

Remuneration:
