Main Responsibilities

· Handles sales enquiries and prepare quotations to distributors, customers in the timely manner

· Work closely with the Sales Team and provide technical support to customers

· Process sales orders to HQ, and manage the orders from sales orders to delivery

· Keep track of order status, update distributors & customers on order, delivery status

· Coordinate with HQ, liaise with distributors and customers on delivery shipment, payment issues, collection of payment

· Liaise and resolve any sales issues with respective customers

· Track quotes and provide weekly / monthly updates to Management.

Qualifications/Requirement.

· Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

· Candidate with valves and actuation experience is an advantage

· Working in similar valves line or practical knowledge with Ball, Butterfly, GGC valves and its associated actuators will be advantage

· Good command in English & Chinese to liaise with HQ associates & customers

• Position Title: Client Support Representative
• Working Location: Bugis
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $5,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with the Regional Sales Manager about existing clients and prospects in such a way as to ensure optimal support, both internally and externally.
• Provide information by telephone to clients about business opportunities and lease options.
• Assist with providing rate indications to customers as support in such a way as to ensure the timely and proper provision of proposals.
• Assist in the preparation of lease proposals for potential customers.
• Draft proposals and apply the predetermined price structure, providing an explanation upon request.
• Prepare and send lease contracts for tank containers to existing clients within the scope of agreed framework contracts, and process accepted proposals in the system.
• Maintain proper document filings - hardcopy contracts, lease amendments, related documents, etc.
• Compile the Exposure Reports, Bi-weekly Off-hire Forecast Summary, and monthly activity report.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement - Advanced Response Center (Tier 1)

ARC Tier 1 is required to work in a secure ARC environment. ARC is a type of call center that specializes in providing technical support or customer service for complex products or services. An ARC typically employs highly trained and specialized agents who are knowledgeable about the product or service being supported. They may also use advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, chatbots, and automation to assist with customer inquiries and support.

In addition to providing technical support, an ARC may also be responsible for proactive monitoring and management of the product or service being supported, identifying, and resolving issues before they become problems for customers. This can help to improve overall customer satisfaction and reduce downtime for critical systems or services.

Overall, an Advanced Response Center plays a critical role in ensuring that customers receive high-quality technical support and service for complex products and services.

ARC Tier 1 is responsible for provide first level technical support to customers. ARC Tier 1 will work closely with ARC Tier 2, Team Leads & Technical Support Engineers to achieve this purpose.

ARC Tier 1 is the first line of technical support.

This team is responsible for basic customer issues/enquiries/request/alert. It is the same as 1st Level support which provide basic technical or non- technical support functions.

ACR Tier 1 functions and responsibilities (not limited)

· Respond to the incoming enquiries/incident/request/alerts (Call, Email, Webchat, EUP, IVR handling, Monitoring consoles)

o 1st level troubleshooting of in supported systems

i.e. Workplace; Server; Network; Microsoft 365; Secure Access Service Edge; Point of Sale

o Security event monitoring

o Server and network availability and performance monitoring

o Password reset and unlock

o Perform log & route [to higher tier or Resolver Team(s)]

· Record and manage all transactions/ cases in Service Management System

· Broadcast notifications to the relevant parties

· Provide timely status update, follow up on cases escalated until closure within the service level agreement.

Ensure daily tasks are executed according to the Standard Operation Procedure

• Have a solid technical skill with diversity of thought and creative solutions that are in the best interests of our customers globally.
• Develop, test, and debug automated tasks (Apps, Systems, Infrastructure)
• Troubleshoot priority incidents, facilitate blameless post-mortems.

• Lead and participate in performance tests; identify bottlenecks, opportunities for optimization, and capacity demands.
• Adhere to firm-wide architecture standards, risk management and security policies.
• Team player and ability to work in Global Team setup, product owners and business team to develop, build & support application.
• Communicate and collaborate on development items with global team, as well as raise/work to resolve issues impacting development.

• A successful history of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large datasets.
• Working knowledge of message queuing, stream processing, and highly scalable ‘big data’ data stores.
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Up to date with latest ongoing technologies in the industry
• Well-spoken/Articulate and Emotionally intelligent
• Well connected to industry members, attends developer and tech meetups.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, tools, and techniques.
• Degree in Computer Science/ IT or other related fields
• Experienced deploying application in a containerized environment using Docker/Kubernetes/PCF/Openshift/AWS etc.
• In-Depth OS experience (RHEL, Ubuntu, Windows Server) with strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in site reliability engineering in one of the following languages: Python, Java, PowerShell, shell scripting.
• Hand-on experience with cloud-based technologies and tools especially in deployment, monitoring and operations, such as Prometheus, Splunk, Elasticsearch, Grafana
• Strong working knowledge of modern development technologies and tools such Agile, CI/CD, Git, Terraform and Jenkins.
• Good understanding of networking protocols and cybersecurity best practices in public cloud environment
• Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with RDBMS, Hadoop, and NoSQL DB.
• Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
