Job Responsibilities:

• Service Enterprise/Govt accounts, obtains orders and develop new market and established new Enterprise Customers.
• Responsible for the entire sales cycles by planning and organizing activities in existing or potential accounts, identify opportunities and work closely with other stakeholders to close deal
• Communicate with customer on the requirement, understand their procurement process to ensure smooth sales process
• Monitor competition by gathering current market place information on products, pricing, etc
• Resolve customer dissatisfaction by investigating problems, develop solutions, preparing reports, making recommendation to management
• Present an overall costing sheet for a sales / project , to negotiate for best price for project / tender during bid phase
• Provide project costing sheets with supporting quotations from various distributors / vendors to project team for project handover
• Support project for a smooth transition during project handover example like proper handover to project team on costing sheet

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of IT sales experiences in Government Accounts
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
• Good in presentation skills.

As an IT Infrastructure Engineer in our team, you will create comprehensive user guide documentation to configure their systems to pipe logs to Government Cyber Security Operations Centre (GCSOC).

The scope of work encompasses approximately 150 products, including operating systems, servers, networking security, databases monitoring, cloud native services etc.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create clear, concise, and comprehensive user guides for WOG ICT products (Operating Systems, Servers, Firewall, Database, Cloud Service, etc) to send required logs to central monitoring service provided by GovTech.

· Develop step-by-step instructions for ICT product configuration and/or setup required, to achieve GCSOC outcome.

· Conduct own research or setup to gather accurate technical information.

· Ensure documentation adheres to GovTech standards and best practices.

· Update and maintain existing documentation as products evolve.

· Incorporate user feedback to improve guide clarity and usability.

Skill Requirement:

· Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

· Must have experience in creating technical documentation (user guide, product guide, etc)

· Familiarity with ICT concepts, including operating systems, networking, databases, and security.

· Understanding of SIEM systems and log management.

· Able to setup temporary system using virtualisation technology to collect relevant information or visual contents required for documentation.

· Ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly content

· Self-reliance and ability to work independently on creating the documentation

· Knowledge of technical documentation best practices and standards (optional)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, while ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and appropriate allocation.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using approved verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using relevant tools and methodologies.
• Report and escalate issues to management as required.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Identify and manage project risks, including those related to schedule, cost, and performance.
• Track project milestones to ensure successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
• Continuously develop and exercise leadership skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• At least 8 years of proven experience in project management and leading project teams.
• Experience across all stages of the project lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, rollout, and transition to operations.
• Strong background in managing information systems projects.
• Solid understanding of data analytics concepts and ethical artificial intelligence.
• Experience delivering projects for the defense sector is an advantage.
• PMP or CITPM certification is a plus.

  • Lead the deployment of IT retail systems and POS solutions across multiple locations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6-7 years of experience in Retail IT Solutions
• Experience in IT infrastructure, network management, and POS systems in retail industry.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• IT Infrastructure: Experience with setting up and managing servers, storage solutions, and cloud services.
• Network Management: Proficiency in configuring and maintaining network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software. Knowledge of network security protocols.
• POS Systems: Hands-on experience with POS systems, integration and troubleshooting

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement the work based on company policy and ensure on schedule.
• Support and maintain the MS Windows servers, SAN Storages and CISCO network infrastructure of the whole company.
• To review the current IT infrastructure and propose improvement plans.
• To maintain and improve backup of the systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT related field or Diploma with at least 4 years of related working experience
• Good knowledge in configuration of networking and IP telephony system.
• Good hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Server system
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Candidate with MCSE, CCNA certification is preferred
• Project management knowledge (good to have)
• Experience in manufacturing field will be an added advantage.
