Responsibilities
· Provide governance, risk and overall IT management for systems in Singapore and Middle East offices
· Plan, hire, lead and coordinate a team of EUC Engineers and Service Desk Engineers to follow ITIL best practices
· Plan, organize, shift roster and service delivery practices for the IT team covering the region of Asean and Middle East
· Craft Group Access Policies and priviges for all staff and users accessing the system
· Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
· Act in alignment with local GDPR / PDPA standards per country and entity with accordance to the organizational policy
· Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
· Audit systems and assess their outcomes
· Preserve assets, information security and control structures
· Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
Requirements
· Minimum 5 years of experience in IT information systems and end user computing, with 2 years in a leadership capacity
· Prior experience in authoring security policies and IT Service delivery frameworks and response for the IT Team to adhere to
· Incumbent must be open to contractual 12 months term work
· Proficient with VPN/ Proxy and Server related support and redundancies.
· Public Cloud experience in Azure/AWS/GCP is an added advantage
· Familiar with Intunes and Device Mobile enrollment and group security policies for Microsoft based products
· As this role will support EMEA Timings, applicants must have interests to to work rotating shifts from Tuesday to Saturdays or Sunday
