Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop support at customer’s site. This includes installation, repair, servicing, liaising and maintenance of solutions in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, to ensure customer satisfaction and service operation are achieved
• Conduct installations based on customer’s requirements and company specifications, from site inspections through to final sign-off and acceptance
• Diagnose and perform repairs on equipment and solutions and ensure that relevant updates and patches are applied accordingly on-site or remote diagnostic procedures at customer’s sites
• Initiate escalation procedures and follow up on all open requests of allocated sites to ensure customer satisfaction
• First level troubleshooting of network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment
• Responsible for tracking hardware and software inventory and report to asset management team on a regular basis
• Assist in user/hardware movement and office relocations
• Maintain defective equipment/parts in maintenance inventory, document customer repairs, maintain and restock assigned parts inventory to ensure proper spare parts levels
• Provide user data and application recovery
• Maintain IT records and track on areas of responsibilities

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a technical service role
• Technical skills in Microsoft Windows, desktop hardware, desktop software application and network environments

Responsibilities

Culture Development

• Build and promote a strong organizational culture aligned with the company's values and goals.
• Develop and implement programs to improve employee engagement, boost morale and cultivate a positive organizational culture.
• Manage strategies to enhance employer branding, including leveraging the company’s reputation via social media platforms.
• Facilitate and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to ensure a welcoming and supportive work environment for all employees.
• Evaluate culture-related metrics and feedback from employee surveys to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of culture initiatives.

People Operations

• Implement and manage HR policies including talent acquisition, retention, onboarding process, compensation and welfare benefits.
• Manage work visa-related matters and draft contracts for employees, contractors, interns, and other relevant stakeholders i.e. third-party recruiters.
• Supports performance review process and career development planning.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management across all the countries where our staff members are located.

Talent Acquisition

• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement a tailored talent acquisition and retention strategy, overseeing talent pipelines, particularly for software engineering roles, across multiple countries in Asia and Southeast Asia.
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates, managing the interview process, and utilizing headhunting methods to attract top talents.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in human resources and talent management and recommend relevant policies and initiatives to the leadership team.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Science, Human Resource Management, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in people & culture, with a preference for candidates who also possess talent acquisition expertise.
• Experience in leading cultural initiatives, managing diversity and inclusion programs, and implementing employee engagement and employer branding strategies.
• Experience in start-up companies with track records in initiating and developing projects or initiatives from the ground up.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Strong problem solving, reporting and analytical skills.
• A clear understanding of HR practices and legal requirements.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking System software.
• Cheerful, pleasant personality with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with a high level of drive and integrity.
• Have a mindset of “Getting-Things-Done” i.e. effectively managing tasks, priorities, and deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects and objectives.
