Job Responsibilities:

1. Helpdesk Support(（LV1）:Provide technical support to resolve issues faced by company employees with computers, software, and hardware.

IT Infrastructure

We are looking for a motivated IT Infrastructure to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience with Windows administration, Active Directory, and Linux, while supporting day-to-day IT operations. Job Description

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware to both domestic and APAC office users.
• Respond to queries either in person, over the phone or over e-mail. Ask questions to determine nature of complex problems and walk customer through problem-solving process.
