· Ensure Transport Service Providers operate in Safe and Compliance (Quality and Business) fashion.

· Review, develop, monitor, and enforce the appropriate Service Level Agreement with Service Providers.

· Handles IG (Internal Group) freight

· Manage daily OBD creation and fix any OBD related issues

· Support IG freight internal stakeholder’s requests, updating and monitoring shipment schedules .

· Liaise closely with external freight forwarders on vessel schedules, documentation and any operational issues.

· Liaise with external WH on any shipment related issues such as SUT, pack code and documentation.

· Review escalation of issues from customers' or shippers' and reviews complaints regarding distribution services.

· Attend daily logistic meeting to update shipping documents KPI and findings to the team.

· Initiate and manage projects related to service, efficiency and / or savings improvements and drive all team members to engage in Continuous Improvement initiatives for their respective area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

- Leverage on the various recruitment channels to source and hire quality candidates to meet the manpower needs of the current and new polyclinics.

- Work with HR Shared Services on the end-to-end on/off-boarding process for new hires and resignees

- Provide HR Admin support as follows:

i) Work with Uniform vendor to raise access for new hires and ensure uniform allocation is reflected correctly for the new hires

ii) Process the monthly allowance disbursement for students who are on a pre-service sponsorship programme

iii) Arrange pre-employment medical examination for interns as well as to process interns’ monthly allowance.

iv) Timely submission of funding claims to MOH

v) Maintain and update training records for all existing employees

vi) Ensure vaccination records are updated in the MOH system on a quarterly basis for MOH audits

vii) Co-ordinate logistics for monthly HOD meetings and Employees’ engagement sessions

Requirements

- Min Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resource or related field

- Min 1-2 years of relevant HR working experience
