Duties of IT Executive:

• Provide support for on-site and remote end-users to resolve IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting on notebooks, desktops, and related peripherals.
• Conduct installations, system migrations, and problem-solving for various systems.
• Troubleshoot desktop-related issues effectively.
• Maintain and support servers, databases, and IT infrastructure, including performing configuration upgrades.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year IT back end support experience
• Minimum ITE/Diploma in Information Technology
• Comfortable to work in fast-paced environment

Position: IT Helpdesk Support

Location: Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the company's network, service equipment, the daily operation of desktop and management of the company's IT operation
• Provide on-site service support and handle the installation and maintenance of client's computer desktop, hardware and network equipment
• Be responsible for debugging and troubleshooting the video conference system
• The installation, debugging, configuration and maintenance of the desktop equipment (e.g. desktop, notebook, printer, printer, video conference, telephone, etc.)
• Communication with users to ensure the normal operation of the system
• Normal maintenance of network and computer room management (configured switches and firewalls basically)
• Management of the company's IT assets
• Other IT works assigned by the department manager and work report

Job Requirements:

• College degree and above, major in computer and other related fields
• Familiar with the basic network technology, the working principle of TCP/IP protocol, proficient in the configuration of brand network equipment such as Feita and Cisco, and experienced in the operation and maintenance management of computer room is preferred
• Familiar with mainstream systems such as Windows and Mac operating systems, common conference systems and equipments such as Polycom/Cisco/Teams. Experienced in deploying and debugging systems related to AD domain is preferred
• Good communication skills, initiative in work, strong learning ability, teamwork spirit, ability to work under pressure, strong sense of responsibility and service
• More than three years of relevant IT helpdesk experience. Experienced in system research and development with logical thinking is preferred
• Handle common computer hardware and software failures independently
• Accept the occasional business trip and hardworking
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure software and hardware
• Troubleshoot and monitor systems operation
• Ensure the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
• Maintain and support IT assets such as desktops, servers, storage, network and applications platform

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma holder or equivalent
• 1 year of relevant working experience in IT infrastruture support

1. IT Technical Responsibilities

1. Maintenance, administration and monitoring of Servers
2. Perform Server administration and management of windows servers, VMWare, AD Domain services, AD Certificate services, DHCP, DNS, MS Exchange and Email filtering
3. User account creation and deletion for Windows, Emails, BT, VPN, Messenger and door access
4. Maintenance/ Administration of Network Infrastructure
5. Maintain and update firewall settings
6. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, routers, switches, voice circuits, leased lines, telephone lines, etc for the smooth operations of the Company
7. Assist IT Manager in implementing information and cyber security and control structures
8. Handle system backup, storage management and system recovery.
9. Conduct servers backup (daily/weekly/monthly backup)
10. Handle renewal of maintenance services for IT equipment/ software licenses
11. Perform tests and evaluations on new software and hardware
12. Liaise with vendors for IT equipment purchase and technical support
13. Liaise with vendors for new voice circuits, leased lines, data subscriptions, etc
14. Check invoices from vendors & perform cost allocation (Voice circuits & data subscription) for Finance
15. Provide desktop support duties
16. Workstation and trading phone setup for new users
17. Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems networks, printers and scanners, etc.
18. Provide technical support for User Desktops, BT Trading system, voice circuits, etc across the company (in person or over phone)
19. Support of desktop applications like Bloomberg and Refinitiv related applications
20. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
21. Rollout Windows updates and patches
22. Regular checks for PC and Server OS patches and updates

2. Others

1. Assist in office renovation
2. Shifting of User positions or desk positions
3. Perform duties of an SMO – Safe Management Officer (acting as a back-up for the main SMO)
4. Any adhoc assignments by Management

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology related field

- Minimum 1 year of experience

- Experience in firewalls, routers and switches configurations

- Experience in MS Active Directory Account, MS Exchange, VMWare and Linux administration

- Meticulous, resourceful, independent, good interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility

- Possess MCSA, MCP, CCNA knowledge and working experience in financial sector will be added advantage

- Good interpersonal skills

- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays occasionally
