Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for maintenance of IT infrastructure.

· Co ordinate and implement new systems to expand existing infrastructure

· Day-to-day troubleshooting of PCs, servers and network

· Liaise with external vendors for servicing and support of IT infrastructure

· Coordinating and implementing of new equipment / systems

· Assist in the setting up of IT equipment for club events

· Maintenance of IT infrastructure including patching, updating, AV scanning, and backups

· Maintenance of IT infrastructure including:

• Network – LAN, Wireless, VOIP etc
• Hardware – Club2000e and various modules, Active Directory, Terminal Server, WSUS, Firewall, VOIP, Mail, Web etc
• Software – Operating Systems, Software Products, Software Licenses.

· Provide advice to internal departments on new and existing IT-related equipment

· Record and write minutes of meetings for IT sub-committee

· Provide related IT training to staff

· Any ad-hoc work as assigned by IT Snr Manager/General Manager

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

· Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security

· Ability to identify issues, recommend and implement strategies to resolve problems and manage issues effectively

Roles & Responsibilities:

• May occasionally be requested for business trip outside of Singapore for IT operations.
• Assist in setup of servers, firewalls and other network equipment for small offices
• Provide office IT support to the company employees.
• Provide vessel IT support to the crews onboard the vessels.
• Ensure all the IT issues are resolved within the stipulated time.
• Ensure assigned IT project tasks are completed within the stipulated timeline.
• Provide effective communication and customer service to the employees and the crews, in person and through phone calls and emails.
• Oversee and keep IT assets such as servers, laptops, monitors and printers.
• Update the IT asset inventory, application accounts and audit related documents regularly.
• Setup account, preparation of hardware and software for new hires.
• Participate/assist in internal and external audits.
• Prepare simple troubleshooting documentation for the staff and crews.
• Oversee IT procurement according to the company process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or recognized Diploma in technology or computer science.
• Preferably 3-5 years or above experience working in infrastructure, network and security areas.
• Knowledge and certification in Microsoft 365, VMWare, Microsoft Hyper-V and CCNA will be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge and experience in LAN/WAN network configuration
• Able to multi-tasking and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge in security risk assessment, audit, vulnerability scanning, data and application security is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and have drive, and ability to work independently and a good team player.

Job Responsibilities

• To liaise with the different ICT internal and external providers/vendors for the technical management/support
• Proactively attending to resolve vessel’s IT operational issues, as well as contributing and sharing your technical expertise on broader vessel IT projects
• Ensuring that vessel IT equipment and services and satellite communications are stable and available in accordance with business continuity.
• Providing IT support and quality of service to all vessels
• With the guidance of the Fleet IT Manager, overseeing the completion of thorough assessments of in-scope systems, applications, and processes to establish cybersecurity risks and control gaps
• Proactive and open communication with the Fleet IT Manager in the implementation of updated cybersecurity methods and policies
• Installing, testing, maintaining, and providing support for all on-board hardware and applications
• Building and maintaining the databases for the fleet, ensuring that all relevant documentation and system logs are updated and remain current in content

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical or Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent
• Networking skills and working knowledge with firewall and managed switch configuration.
• Experience in Windows Server Administration, VMWARE and Virtualization implementation.
• Logical thinker with a strong analytical background and good attention to detail while having strong focus on delivering quality and meeting deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving skills together with the ability to support decisions with sound reasoning and judgment.
• Clear, precise, and confident in verbal and written communication to support credibility and position of expertise
• Flexibility to work prolonged hours and travel as necessary.
• Practical experience and working knowledge of vessel IT application management, database management, Cybersecurity practices, incident management, and (VSAT. L-Band, LEO) satellite communication equipment will ba advantage but not necessary
