The role of a Sales Support Executive / Coordinator / Admin is responsible for rendering all the after-sales support services to the customers. This includes processing of orders, preparing internal & external credit notes, payment collection, preparation of quotations, contracts, mailers, samples and coordination with other departments.

Specific Responsibilities
1. Responsible for taking customers’ orders via phone or email, input into system, print and sort the invoices.

2. Responsible to prepare internal & external credit notes.

3. Responsible for payment collection from customers.

4. Assist in the preparation of quotations / contracts / mailers / samples for sales team.

5. Assist point between customers and logistics department on all logistics matters.

6. Assist to check and coordinate on supply issues with warehouse, purchasing and production departments.

• Evaluate the financial and budget impact of decisions, ensuring solutions align with customer proposals and recommending the best options.
• Engage in architectural discussions to design deployable solutions.
• Develop solution offerings, including services, training, and support, with detailed scope, deliverables, effort sizing, and pricing.
• Plan and deliver Proof of Concepts (POC), migration, and deployment services.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to support achieving sales targets within cost objectives.
• Lead pre-sales activities independently to close opportunities.
• Ensure timely, reliable, and high-quality solution design and deployment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirement:

Min Diploma in IT/ Cybersecurity or related.

1year relevant experience- Sales/ PreSales/ Technical network and security

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and implement IT systems to meet business needs.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot complex IT issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical specifications.
• Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of IT systems and data.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Manage and support IT projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including system architecture, processes, and procedures.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior IT staff.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless integration and support of IT services.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT analysis, support, and project management.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Proficiency in various operating systems, such as Windows, Linux.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is preferable.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Project deployment for customers' Enterprise IT Network Services.

• Work closely with Project Manager to fulfil project deliverables.

• Execute, monitor and assist in the installation and ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software and networks in project delivery.

• Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement

• Establish TAC cases with principal vendor in complex problem till resolved. Assisting the Customer in the verification, isolation and/or provision of a temporary work around for the incident/problem logged.

• Diagnose and rectify technical issues.

• Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities promptly and effectively.

• Documentation skills include creating and updating detailed solution design, installation and maintenance documents. Provide up-to-date project documentation and reports.

• Perform standby duties if required.

Requirements:

• Possess Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Electronics/IT or equivalent

• Be customer and service oriented, positive working attitude.

• Possess CCNA / CCNP certification

• Good Knowledge of following products will be advantageous: Cisco switches, IXIA, NTP, SMS Gateway, Data Diode, F5, Solarwinds

• ITIL certification will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Valid 3As driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local roads.
