Seeking for Finance & Admin Executive, Up $2.7K

Duration: 1 Year Contract

Location: Novena

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am – 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Perform the Goods Receiving Officer role in New Finance System. This includes processing payments for Purchase Order (PO) items
• Coordinate and raise service requests for procurement
• Manage and monitor purchase orders (incl. raising and closing purchase orders) for the Financial Year (FY)
• Collect monthly carpark charges from officers
• Facilitate monthly routine checks (i.e., check payroll and claims reports and carpark charges report)
• Process telecommuting subsidies to new officers
• Raise journals to process refunds or reimbursements

Requirements:

• Minimally 2 years of relevant finance operations experience
• Knowledge of Government financial systems (i.e., New Finance System and GeBiz) will be an advantage
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Singaporeans only

Account Executive

Salary: $3000 - $4000

5.5 days, Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm; Sat 8am – 12pm

Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, prepare management accounts and audit schedules
• Review subsidiary accounts and analyse variance
• Liaise with external auditor on audit matters and audit schedules
• Experience in using internet banking for payment
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• With degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Min 3 years in handling full set of accounts independently
