Position Overview:
We are seeking an IT to assist with daily IT operations, focusing on maintaining essential hardware, networks, and systems, as well as providing support for Office 365 administration. This role offers practical, hands-on experience in troubleshooting and managing IT infrastructure while working closely with an experienced IT team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Network Support:
a. Monitor and maintain the company’s network systems.
b. Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
c. Assist with setting up and configuring network devices such as routers and switches.
2. Hardware Support:
a. Install, configure, and maintain hardware such as laptops and copiers.
b. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware malfunctions.
3. Point of Sale (POS) Systems:
a. Assist with the setup product items on POS, configuration, and troubleshooting of POS systems.
b. Ensure proper functionality of POS devices.
4. Office 365 Administration:
a. Assist in managing Office 365 accounts, including creating and managing user accounts and email addresses.
b. Provide support for Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
c. Help maintain security settings, such as managing permissions and multi-factor authentication.
d. Assist with Office 365 data backup and recovery tasks.
5. CCTV Systems:
a. Support the maintenance and monitoring of CCTV systems.
b. Assist with the setup of new cameras and ensure proper functionality and recording.
c. Perform regular checks to confirm system reliability.
