You will lead the Asia IT team to establish ICT Strategy, Planning, Investment/Cost Management, Information Security Management, ICT Architecture Management, Out-sourcing Management, Application implementation , Project Management, ICT Services and Asset Management (includes maintenance, application, user supports).

Job Description
• Work closely with CIO to align,implement and management of the group strategy, IT governance, security policy and strategic ICT planning.

• A people Manager responsible for team and personnel management.
• Draw-up/Implement/Management of various ICT policies/regulations, including investment/cost, security, architecture, sourcing, project, ICT service and fixed assets etc.

•To lead and implement SAP HANA inclusive of scoping, development, integration to users usage, followed by maintenance and operation. Plus, support additional business applications such as data intelligence, digital signature solutions etc.
•Act as a service manager using application platform to support all users in Asia Region for incident and request and offer ICT security.

Required experience and knowledge
Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience with following experience
• management experience in a regional capacity;
• expereince in strategic planning, develop and drive action plans for the key changes or new directions;

• have experience in SAP HANA project inclusive of IMPLEMENTATION and managment.
•experience in maintenance and operation of Business Applications deployed from SAP Public Cloud -Ms Azure, AWS, etc
•experience in a Corporate’s OA (infrastructure business support, such as Office365, PC, iPhone, multifunction device, group companies’ network etc) and infrastructure security.

Job Overview

• Administration and maintenance for the day-to-day operations of the servers & networking system.
• Organise, install and support organisation’s computer systems including local area networks (LAN), wide area network (WAN), network segments, intranet and other data communication equipment in the data centers and security access.

Job Responsibilities

• To provide system administration of company Warehouse Management System, servers management on various platform such as IBM AIX Servers, Linux, Windows & Virtualisation infrastructure (VMware, Vcenter etc) for Lenovo & HP Servers.
• Knowledge of High Availability System such as IBM PowerHA, Windows Clustering as well as Veeam Backup & Replication software.
• Review and improve system performance and capacity trends.
• Responsible for sizing and work out specification for systems tech refresh, systems installation, Setup and Configuration.
• Develop procedures for all system monitoring and troubleshooting, Disaster Recovery and system backup solutions.
• To support company network equipment (LAN & WAN) such as Routers, Network Switches, Firewall, Wifi Controllers, Access Points for various warehouses & distribution centers.
• Responsible for system management tools, cybersecurity policy, IT compliance & hardening and IT audit supports.
• Handle new project management of system infrastructure projects.

Relevant Knowledge and Experience

• Good Hands-on knowledge in SysAdmin (AIX, Linux, Redhat, Window VMWare, vCenter, Veeam softwares).
• Knowledge and experience in common networking protocols and services like MS Azure, DHCP, DNS, FTP/FTPS, File & Print, LAN, WAN, Wifi etc.
• Knowledge in Virtualization Technology (VMWare, vSphere, Vcenter, Azure/AWS), HA Clustering, Disaster Recovery & Backup Solutions.
• Experience in server hardware and IT Infrastructure and network equipment (Setup, Install, Configure, Troubleshooting and Monitoring) .
• Certifications in above knowledges will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical problem-solving skills with innovative approach in providing solutions.
• Competent at documenting standard/application operating procedures, process, and work instructions.
• Good communication skills and a team player

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any equivalent with at least 1 year IT working experiences.
